Terms of Service

Agentworks is a cloud-based, AI-driven operating system designed to automate business workflows, data entry, auditing, and inventory tracking for enterprises. The Service utilizes third-party messaging platforms (primarily WhatsApp) to deploy “digital employees” that integrate with your existing ERP or accounting systems.

• Eligibility: You must be a legally recognized business entity to use our Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and third-party integrations.
• Authorized Users: You are responsible for the actions of any employees or agents who access the Service on your behalf.

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in writing prior to the renewal date. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partners, including Razorpay and Stripe, Inc. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes like GST.

All Agentworks assets, AI models, and branding are the exclusive property of RSV INTELLIWAVE. You are granted a limited internal license.

RSV INTELLIWAVE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Notwithstanding the above, Agentworks acknowledges that customers in the United States may be entitled to certain rights under applicable US state and federal consumer protection laws.
