We implement bank-grade security measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between your team (via WhatsApp), Agentworks, and your ERP is encrypted end-to-end. We maintain strict access controls to ensure your data remains under your exclusive control.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. Agentworks acknowledges and respects these rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
