A scheduled call or in-person meeting with an owner, manager, or buyer at a venue, which that person has confirmed. An expression of interest, an automated reply, or an unconfirmed appointment does not count.

If it's working, you pick Launch or Growth and Scout keeps finding fits and booking meetings while you close them. If it's not for you, you walk away — nothing is owed by either side.
